Draft — not legally reviewed. This is a working document written while the product is being built. It must be reviewed by a qualified professional before the service accepts payment or handles other people’s customer data.
What we store
Your account details (name, business name, email, currency and time zone), the invoices you enter, the client names and email addresses attached to them, and a record of every reminder sent on your behalf.
We do not connect to your bank or accounting software, so we never see your transactions or balances.
Your clients' email addresses
You enter these so we can send payment reminders for you. We use them for nothing else — no marketing, no sharing, no selling, and no building of any cross-customer contact list.
By adding a client you confirm you have a genuine business reason to contact them about payment. Overduly is for invoice communication, not bulk outreach.
Who else processes it
Our database and authentication run on Supabase. Reminder emails are delivered through Resend. The application is hosted on Vercel. Each of these processes data on our behalf in order to run the service.
Deleting your data
You can delete an invoice or client at any time, and you can ask us to delete your whole account. Reminder records are kept while your account is open so the service can prove what was and wasn’t sent, and are removed with the account.
