Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record. For a receipt, a refund or a question about a charge, use the link in your Paddle receipt — or email us and we’ll sort it out with you. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
If you’re reporting something urgent about reminders being sent to one of your clients, say so in the subject line and we’ll look at it first.
